Container loading skills
Container goods on-site loading operations usually have three methods: that is, all with manpower loading, fork-lift truck (forklift) into the box, and then manpower stacking and all with mechanical loading, such as pallets (pallets) goods with fork-lift trucks in the box stacking.
1, in any case when the goods are loaded, the weight of the goods loaded in the box can not exceed the maximum loading capacity of the container, i.e., the total amount of containers minus the container's deadweight. 2, each container unit weight is certain, so in the box loaded with the same kind of goods, as long as you know the density of the goods, you can determine whether the heavy goods or light goods. 7、When loading container with forklift truck, it will be limited by the free lifting height of machinery and the height of gantry. Therefore, under the conditions, forklift loading can be loaded two layers at a time, but there should be a certain gap between the top and bottom. If the conditions do not allow loading two layers at a time, when loading the second layer, taking into account the free lifting height of the forklift truck and the height of the forklift truck gantry, the gantry lifting height should be the height of the first layer of the goods minus the free lifting height, so that the second layer of the goods can be loaded in the third layer of the goods on the upper layer.

Finally, it is best not to load the goods naked, at least there should be packaging, do not just for the sake of saving space and lead to damage to the goods. General cargo will also have packaging, only such as large machines such as boilers, building materials and so on will be more trouble, must be bundled, tied to prevent loosening.
